Adoptive
families are not the same as birth families; they can be really complicated.
Some families may even feel like they are falling apart. When adoptive
families or their children have difficult times, they need someone who
understands adoption to help sort things out. The therapists at
Children Unlimited will travel to a family's home. They can help
families through crisis to keep them together today...and for the future.
This
is an intensive and expanded service available to any adoptive family.
Children who have been adopted are eligible for these services if they are
between the ages of 0 - 21 and at risk of out-of-home placement.
CASE
MANAGEMENT
Families
parenting children with special needs can sometimes feel overwhelmed by it
all. Caring for these children can bring many new professionals,
meetings, travel, and other demands into the family. Children
Unlimited can help families locate just the right help and coordinate it all
so the "help" is helpful and does not cause new problems.
